These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Fresh Wind Express Delivery Services LLC. By requesting, scheduling, or using our services, customers agree to these terms.
Fresh Wind Express Delivery Services LLC provides courier services, same-day delivery, package transportation, document delivery, business route services, and related logistics support.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, delivery locations, recipient information, shipment descriptions, and special handling instructions when requesting service.
Service pricing is based on factors including distance, urgency, delivery requirements, shipment size, and other operational considerations. Pricing will be communicated before service is performed whenever possible.
Invoices may be issued electronically following completion of services or according to agreed billing arrangements. Payment may be made using approved payment methods, including major credit cards and ACH bank transfers through authorized payment processors.
Customers agree to pay all invoices according to the payment terms listed on the invoice.
Customers must ensure shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations. Customers may not request transportation of prohibited, illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or restricted items.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Factors including weather, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Wind Express Delivery Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service for shipments that are unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation.
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if a scheduled delivery must be canceled. Cancellation fees may apply when resources have already been allocated to a delivery request.
Fresh Wind Express Delivery Services LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
